Rosemary does more than just add wonderful flavour to foods. It’s also really good for you. Rosemary is native to the Mediterranean region but is a popular culinary herb throughout the world. It has a very strong flavour and can easily overwhelm other flavours if you are not careful. It pairs well with lamb, chicken, beans, and potatoes and can be added to breads such as focaccia and potato bread. Excellent in marinades with olive oil and garlic for lamb or pork for charcoal grilling. Superb addition to marinades for olives or goat cheese.
