Shipping policy
The Canada Post strike will not affect our shipping as we are using a system that allows us to pick any shipping company available.
All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding Sunday, Monday and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping time from the time it is picked up from our store, will vary depending on location.
Estimated shipping time would be 1 to 2 days in the Greater Vancouver Area, 3 to 7 days for anywhere else in Canada (not including the 48 hrs of order processing)
If you need a rushed shipment, please contact us before paying for your order, so we can look up for the best service and price available.
Potential delays may occur due to a high volume of orders (during sales and holiday season) or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates:
- Free shipping for orders over $75 (before taxes) to anywhere in British Columbia, Canada
- $15 flat rate shipping for orders over $75 (before taxes) to anywhere in Canada (exclusions may be applied to remote addresses)
- Flat rate shipping may not be available for remote addresses, PO addresses and Northern territories. Please inquire with us directly if you need a quote.
- For any orders under $75, the best rate available will be calculated at check out
Local delivery
If you would like to inquire about local deliveries in the Vancouver Greater Area, please contact us directly for a quote and booking, before paying for your order. Please note we will need an exact address for quote and booking, as well as name, telephone number of the recipient, all access details (buzzer, gate code, floor number etc…). Note that we can not guarantee time of delivery. Someone needs to be present to receive the delivery.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours (excluding Sunday, Monday and holidays). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Please pick up your order within 7 days of placing your order. If your order is not picked up after 7 days, your order will cancelled, reimbursed and items released back into the store.
Our in-store pickup hours are during our store opening hours. Please review the most updated store hours at the bottom of our website home page. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We do not offer shipping outside of Canada at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 1 week of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@edenwestgourmet.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Please visit our return policy here.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@edenwestgourmet.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
